Configurator Ideas- Intercom Conversations

The Configurator Ideas are those ones that are extracted out of your Intercom conversations using Chisel’s powerful AI tool.

Authorizing the Integration

1. Begin the setup from the Integrations pillar or the PM Agent Pillar- Capture Ideas 

2. The screen displays various sources. Press Import under the Intercom box

Capturing the Ideas

1. Once the configuration is done, begin to import the conversations, by filtering them as per the date range 
2. Have a look at the list once, uncheck the ones you’d want to skip

3. Click on Capture Ideas for the Chisel’s AI to begin the work  
4. To check the ideas generated, filter the source as Configurator Ideas in your Idea Box.
