Gong Integration

With the Gong-Chisel integration, you can import chat transcripts and extract actionable insights. You can send your product team the feature requests from the Sales call and make it easier for them to be better prepared with requests the anticipated customers may have in the near future. This helps with cracking more deals, too.

Authorizing the Integration

  1. Begin the setup from the Integrations pillar or the PM Agent Pillar- Capture Ideas 
  1. Once inside, click on the Configure button
  1. Once the configuration is done, the Import button will be enabled. Press it to proceed. 
  2. Have a look at all the calls
  3. Filter out the data as per your Gong workspace and the date range
  1. Click on Capture Ideas 
  2. Confirm to continue the process of analyzing the call transcripts 
  3. There you go! All the Gong ideas will be captured in your Idea Box 

Auto Import Action 

  1. At the top right corner of your screen, click on the Configure button
  1. Enable the auto-import toggle here
  2. The auto-import action needs specific steps to be followed in Gong, wherein all your newer added calls will be automatically imported into your Chisel workspace. 
  3. To start that, you’ll need to create a webhook rule. Refer to the steps in this article to create a webhook rule.
  4. At point No.5, paste the destination URL below to trigger the data-sending process directed to the specified URL.
