Workspace FAQ’s

1. Who is eligible to create workspaces in Chisel?

If you have the role of an Admin maker in Chisel, you can create workspaces and invite team members by assigning them relevant user roles (Admin maker, Maker and Contributor).

2. How many workspaces can we create?

On the free plan, you can create only one workspace. Upgrade to Premium to create more workspaces and enjoy the benefits, such as giving one member varied roles in different workspaces.

3. How do I find workspaces I’m a part of?

There are two ways to find the workspaces you’re a part of:

  • When you log in with your account credentials, you can select a workspace you want to explore or work on. This is where all your workspaces will be visible.
  • When you’re inside a Chisel workplace, in the top left corner, you can see the various workspaces and expand the workspaces icon to view them further.

4. What prioritization method options do I have in Chisel?

Prioritization drivers in Chisel are important criteria that you use to evaluate each feature to create a prioritization score that will be used to compare features to one another. You can rename the columns as you deem fit to reflect your own prioritization framework better.

5. Where have my features disappeared?

We recommend checking your filters if you’re trying to add features but cannot view them in the Roadmap, Kanban, and Release views. You have likely added filters to your roadmaps; therefore, you see only the data matching those filters.

6. What can a contributor do in Chisel?

As a contributor in Chisel, you can view the product roadmaps and provide necessary and valuable insights for the products the team is working on.
